I made a deliberate choice early on to learn by doing rather than studying. While others were in lecture halls, I was building real systems for a real business with real consequences when things went wrong.<\/strong><\/p>

Over seven years at Korean Motor Spares I went from managing IT and marketing to owning the entire technology and operations function of a multi-country importer, distributor and franchisor. I designed and built a cloud-based ERP from scratch, launched an eCommerce platform that generated R100K in its first two months, signed 12 franchise partners across four continents, and deployed AI tooling that let a two-person team cover the output of six.<\/p>

I have been consistently credited by senior professionals in the field as outperforming university-trained hires on every technical and operational craft I have taken on.<\/p>

What drives me is finding where a business is bleeding time or money, building the system that fixes it, and making sure the commercial side captures the upside.<\/p>
